We focus on comprehensive support for corporate digital transformation (DX). Switchnovate offers service improvements that shift the workflow to digital systems; minimize analog processes such as manual work, paper bookkeeping, and document authorization; and support the design of new business and system development related to the DX conversion. For example, by smoothing out the linkages with stakeholders connected by the supply chain, we can support business improvement through DX in and around companies, and by using a blockchain infrastructure that can be adapted to existing mission-critical systems, we can maximize the use of blockchain technology to accelerate businesses.

We provide a full range of web design and corporate branding services, including design support for creating eye-catching corporate characteristics and planning (or strategic planning), to increase customer empathy for the corporate brand. We encourage clients to build an original brand in line with the strategy that differentiates them from their competitors, thus improving their business performance. With this goal in mind, we create materials and websites that enable each stakeholder visiting a client’s website to recognize a strong corporate message.

All education is for the future of the business
We will hold seminars and workshops on digital transformation (DX) and blockchain. At the seminars, we will discuss the changes in the way of thinking and practice in work brought about by digital technology, such as “Why is DX needed?” and “What is the essence of blockchain?” In the workshops, participants will utilize their understanding to improve practical skills such as business flow analysis and business design with the goal of then applying those improved skills to their actual business settings.
