For security and abuse prevention, we may also process technical information such as submission time, IP address, browser information, and the reCAPTCHA verification result.

Form submissions are processed by the hosting provider and authenticated email delivery provider selected by CTIA SG. We use Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention; Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Service providers are limited to processing information as needed to deliver and protect the service.

CTIA SG does not disclose personal information to third parties except with consent, when required by law, or when a service provider processes it on our behalf as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

8. International processing

Use of website hosting, email delivery, and reCAPTCHA may involve processing personal or technical information outside Singapore. Where information is processed outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

9. Retention

Inquiry records and security logs are retained only for as long as needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, and prevent abuse, then securely deleted or anonymized.
